SCREEN AND PAD PRINTING
We perform screen and pad printing on any type of material and finish. We have 7 screen printing machines for printing on cylindrical or conical pieces with diameters from 20mm to 75mm; 2 screen printing machines for printing on flat surfaces up to 150mm; 3 single-color pad printing machines for prints up to 70mm; a 4-color pad printing machine for more complex prints.
LASER ENGRAVING
Since 2023 we have a Laser Marker equipped with a 20W MOPA source, ideal for marking plastic materials with excellent definition and contrast but also for marking aluminum (anodized) in black (or grayscale) or reproducing colors on steel. The machine is especially designed for mass production with rotary table and electronically controlled spindles but can also be used for making samples and small runs.
PRECISION OPTICAL MEASUREMENT
We have an advanced optical measurement system that can detect dimensions with an accuracy of 0,1 micron. We are able to provide extremely accurate and repeatable measurement reports over time.
3D PRINTING
SLA printer: can make aesthetic details without the need to build pilot molds. The print resolution is 28 microns and the maximum dimensions are 29 x 19 x 15 cm.
FDM printer: can make functional products and templates. The maximum dimensions are 30 x 25 x 20.
We also use eco-friendly PolyTerra™ PLA filaments for the realization of small prototypes and effective objects to facilitate the organization of the tools present in the work departments. Below you can download a more detailed short description and the filament compostability report.
